SUSTAINABLE FUTURE | CARBON NEUTRAL
As a part of our global action plan to reduce our company carbon footprint, Mirage Media Group and our subsidiary businesses, have jointly committed to reduce greenhouse gases produced by the company and move to a carbon neutral structure.
This will be achieved in part by moving our office space to energy efficient buildings and joining the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to fund clean water and sanitation, biodiverse reforestation and the production of renewable energy sources.
Our Carbon Reduction and Offset Structure Scheme (CROSS) commenced on the 1st of January 2020 and continues into 2022 with the Group continually looking at ways to reduce our footprint as we move closer to our goal of being carbon neutral.
We will continue to align our business with local, state, federal and international governments, companies and organisations that are making a contribution to climate change reduction. Together we will achieve this by minimising the use of fossil fuels, improving energy efficiency, boost recycling and increasing our use of renewable energy.
